Shri Harpreet Singh is the founder and Director of Happy Institute. He was born in December, 1962. He joined service under Government of India after qualifying UPSC Stenographers’ Exam. During nearly 30 years of service, he served in the personal staff of various Ministers of Government of India, Secretaries to Government of India, Chief Vigilance Officer, BSNL and other senior officers. Shri Harpreet Singh, who is regarded as Shorthand Guru, is one among the senior-most teachers in the country. He has developed newer methods of teaching Shorthand which are less time-consuming and easier to learn. This has made Happy Institute one of the best Institutes in India for students who want to learn Stenography. Shri Harpreet Singh, has been running Happy Institute for more than three decades.
